Our goal is to breed a classic German Shepherd Dog with a sound body and great mind. Shewana Shepherds is committed to our outstanding selection of proven breeding dogs and bitches that consistently produce strong, healthy and wonderful puppies. We are dedicated to creating the finest German Shepherd Dog possible. Our specialty is providing the ultimate companion for you and your personal needs.
Shewana Kennel Profile
Our dogs are housed in the comfort of two large, separate kennel barns. The newest of which was completed in 2002. This barn contains a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled whelping facility (nursery), exercise area, puppy play room and socialization center. In addition, our original kennel barn has been renovated in 2003 to include insulated walls and newly custom-built kennels. Most recently we have added a fully equipped grooming & care center. We strive to keep our facilities updated as frequently as required.
The success of Shewana Shepherds is the result of many years filled with love for the German Shepherd Dog. In essence, we have remained dedicated to the true standards of function, character, beauty and intelligence established by the founders of the breed. Maintaining the greatness of these most noble dogs has always been the motivation behind our Breeding Program.

At Shewana Shepherds, we are very proud of the dogs we have produced for the past 35 years, and we look to the future with great anticipation.
